    System Down (all users and functions unavailable)
  • One of IOS's knowledgable staff will respond within an hour and the issue will be immediately escalated if necessary
    Significant degradation of service (large number of users or business critical functions affected)
  • One of IOS's knowledgable staff will respond within 2 hours and the issue will be immediately escalated if necessary
    Limited degradation of service (limited number of users or functions affected, business process can continue)
  • One of IOS's knowledgable staff will respond within that business day and the issue will be escalated if necessary within 24 hours
    Small service degradation (Business process can continue, one user affected)
  • One of IOS's knowledgable staff will respond within 24 hours and the issue will be escalated if necessary within 2 business days
